Jennifer “Anandi” Livingston

I was first introduced to yoga in 3rd grade, when a teacher would come to my Montessori school once a week. I was instantly in love.
Later in life, as a senior in high school, I began to deepen my spiritual practice. It inevitably led to becoming a vegetarian and rediscovering yoga. I started the first after school yoga program and taught asana and pranayama to the students and faculty twice a week. Teaching brought me such profound peace as I was able to share my passion for the physical/spiritual union of Yoga with others.

After spending some time in college I realized I wanted to dedicate my life to my practice and I moved to the Satchidananda Ashram, Yogaville. There I learned the integral role that nutrition plays in the mind/body link and spent the next two years pursuing the the path of raw living food. I became certified throught he Ekaya Institute of Living Food as a nutritionist, lifestyle coach, fitness trainer, and chef. Shortly afterwards, I studied kids yoga at Karma Kids Yoga in New York City, a world renown childrens studio. It was an honor, a privilege, and a blast to get certification through their program and I am delighted to bring all that I have learned on this journey to Jacksonville and St. Augustine Florida.
