Zumba At The Movement Center

Zumba is a high energy, aerobics class that uses dance moves and music based on Latin rhythms. You don’t have to have dance experience to enjoy Zumba, because the moves are easy to follow. The best thing about Zumba is that it doesn’t feel like you are working out. It feels like a party! Classes are on Monday from 7:00 to 8:00pm.. See our schedule for other classes
